Job Title: Data Analytics Supervisor

As a Data Analytics Supervisor at Canvas Worldwide, you will play a crucial role in leading our analytics team to deliver high-quality, accurate work and meet day-to-day analytics deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a rigorous, insights-driven analytics process to drive business decisions.
  • Manage a team of analysts to ensure efficient production of high-quality work and timely delivery of analytics reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into business strategies.
  • Provide analytical insights to stakeholders, including media and marketing recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client brands and products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in campaign analytics, customer acquisition, attribution, and consumer research.
  • Proven experience in statistical analysis, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
  • Proficiency in R/Python and querying relational databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
