Clinical Lead

The Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and providing clinical supervision to the nursing staff at LanceSoft. This position encompasses both clinical and administrative responsibilities for managing all activities within the Inpatient Service. Collaborating with the Director, the Nurse Manager ensures high-quality patient care that adheres to regulatory standards and evidence-based clinical practices.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of clinical psychiatry experience. Additionally, they should have 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating strong critical thinking, math, and computer skills, as well as effective team player qualities. The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable about NYSDOH, JCAHO, and regulatory requirements, with proficiency in CQI and Root Cause Analysis methods. Furthermore, they should possess demonstrated competence in leadership, budgetary, and administrative skills, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Finally, expertise in clinical specialty, decision-making, and problem-solving is essential.
A competitive salary package is available, with an estimated annual salary range of $192,000 based on location and industry standards.
