Key Responsibilities:
This role is an hourly position focused on the administrative and managerial functions of the installation team.
- Highly organized with the ability to coordinate tasks and manage personnel effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent customer relations skills and proficiency in conflict resolution.
- Quick thinking with a willingness to embrace additional responsibilities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
- Coordinate all installation and service appointments, ensuring clear communication of customer expectations throughout the process.
Shipments:
- Oversee the receipt and management of incoming shipments to the warehouse.
Billing:
- Process invoices for projects and service calls, ensuring compliance and completion of all tasks with technicians.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the installation service team to achieve monthly productivity targets while fostering a positive work atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.
