- Due Diligence and Integration: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential transactions, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate acquired companies seamlessly into the Colas Inc. family.
- Negotiations and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the company.
