Job Description

This position requires a meticulous and innovative approach to managing events with high attention to detail and unparalleled levels of service. You will work closely with teams and leaders across the firm to coordinate events, including in-house and off-site partner meetings, virtual events, firm-hosted incentive trips, and firmwide internal events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple competing priorities while delivering exceptional service both internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and external clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless event execution, from conception to completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record.
  • At least one year of post-bachelor's work experience.
  • Working knowledge of common workplace tools, such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering service and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
