Job Summary

Grace Point Church is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as the GPStudents Team Lead. This role plays a pivotal part in facilitating environments where students can encounter Jesus and grow in discipleship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Spiritual Growth: Ensure the spiritual development of students in grades 7-12.
  • Program Development: Design innovative ways for students to learn about life in Christ and grow in Christian values.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the GPS team to create and lead programs that resonate with students.
  • Volunteer Management: Train and recruit volunteers for efficient implementation of church programs.
  • Strategic Outreach: Develop and maintain strategic outreach efforts to students and parents in the community.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with area junior high and senior high campuses in Northwest Arkansas.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in student ministry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Spiritual Maturity: Strong spiritual maturity and a deep understanding of Scripture.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and build meaningful relationships.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate volunteers.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Passion for Student Ministry: A passion for student ministry and a commitment to helping students grow in their faith.
