Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead - Full Stack Developer to join our team at Goli Tech. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of junior developers and contributing to the development of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of junior developers and provide guidance and mentorship
  • Contribute to the development of software applications using Java, Kafka, and Cloud Computing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with Java, Kafka, and Cloud Computing
  • Full Stack development skills, with a focus on Backend
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with React and Node.js
  • Knowledge of Data Analysis and Data Engineering
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
