Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional IT Project Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Develop and maintain project proposals, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
  • Establish and track project milestones, managing and accounting for unforeseen delays and realigning schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Implement project communication plans, providing regular status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends to prepare project status reports.
  • Set project goals and develop plans to meet those goals.
  • Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports.
  • Manage resources for projects, including computer equipment and employees.
  • Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities.
  • Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide onsite project implementation and hands-on support when needed.
  • Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
  • Conduct risk assessments for projects.
  • Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration, and service desk administration.
  • Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
