Pay: $14.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Operations Lead to enhance performance, productivity, and efficiency in our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn and cross-train across departments, fostering collaboration and a broad understanding of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage processes and associates to meet productivity goals and quality standards.
  • Provide structured, monthly feedback to department associates.
  • Maintain high visibility and lead by example with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ensure adherence to rules, regulations, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve operational issues.
  • Facilitate cross-training opportunities for staff development.
  • Monitor ERP systems related to the customer sales process across all channels.
  • Participate in mandatory overtime during busy seasons (Thanksgiving to Christmas).
  • Operate and oversee machinery such as drills, forklifts, and packaging machines.
  • Act as a Safety Representative, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience or related training.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with homebrew or wine-making products is a plus.

Physical Demands:
This role requires frequent standing, moving, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and physically active.
