Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management: Oversee and maintain the network architecture.
- Data Protection: Implement best practices to safeguard client and organizational data.
- Data Oversight: Ensure optimal practices for data entry within our CRM system.
- Strategic Coordination: Align network design to facilitate organizational growth.
- Vendor Collaboration: Partner with trusted vendors to sustain and enhance network efficiency.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct audits to verify adherence to operational standards.
- User Guidance: Assist advisor offices in maximizing the use of IT applications.
- Support Interaction: Collaborate with Sales RVPs and PMs to ensure a seamless experience for advisors and staff.

- Onboarding Support: Work closely with leadership to ensure effective training and technology utilization.

- Software Oversight: Ensure software is regularly maintained and updated.
- Hardware Oversight: Ensure hardware is consistently maintained and updated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant field.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong technical documentation and organizational skills are essential.
