Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team in San Francisco. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for growing a book of business, reviewing and evaluating information to assess client risks, and providing best-in-class service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Establish trusted relationships with clients and manage a book of growing accounts
- Sell products and advise on risk solutions to clients
- Support the Horizon New Business sales team in closing new business opportunities
- Deliver consistent and timely follow-up in response to client requests and issues
- Establish the deal strategy of products to be quoted and work with underwriting and brokerage partners to secure quotes
- Ensure clients are comfortable with and able to utilize the tools/services available through the Vouch platform
- Drive additional value by identifying follow-up opportunities for Vouch
- Analyze existing insurance packages and evaluate risk and coverage needs
We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Account Manager with a strong background in commercial insurance. You'll need to have a commercial and business insurance background, with experience working with innovative clients and a passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments.

What to Expect in the Interview ProcessWe'll be conducting a series of interviews, including a 30-minute phone call with our recruiting team, a 30-45 minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager, a case study/technical screen, and meet the team 30-45 minute 1:1 Zoom meetings with 3-4 team members you'd work closely with in the role.
