As an IT Support Specialist, you will deliver assistance through phone, email, and chat for a variety of computer hardware and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance via phone, email, and chat to corporate clients' employees.* Aid users in resolving Outlook issues.
* Offer support for Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10).
* Assist with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365).
* Support mobile devices, including configuration and email synchronization.
* Efficiently manage 50-60 issues daily.
* Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
* Utilize Active Directory to reset network passwords.
* Help users in adding and modifying network printers.
* Provide technical support for VPN connectivity challenges.
* Control users' computers using remote access tools.
* Troubleshoot remote access connectivity issues.
* Actively promote and embody the mission of Logicalis through behaviors that align with the organization's values.
* Stay informed about applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, as well as Logicalis policies and procedures, to ensure compliance in a manner that reflects integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
* Conduct oneself in a manner that meets client service expectations.

Education:
Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or service desk environment.
- Familiarity with various PC hardware and software applications, including:
- Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows 10
- Office 365 Support
- User account management (creation/termination)
- End-user self-service tools
- Cloud support for multiple device data synchronization
- ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc.
- Internet Service Provider (ISP), Cable Modem, and Internet Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Experience with knowledgebase navigation
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Certifications: None required
* Strong technical and client interaction skills.
* Self-motivated with excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow through on tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
* Exceptional oral, written, technical, and business communication skills.
* Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Hardware & Software Requirements:
