Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide daily leadership and management of Rock Springs Ranch operations, including financial management, marketing, and customer service.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of staff members, including program, administrative, food service, maintenance, grounds, and custodial functions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Park Operation Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of four years of successful and progressive business management experience, preferably in the camp or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • The Executive Director will reside on grounds in provided housing, with a private backyard and finished basement.
  • Requires work outside of normal office setting, with unique hours and on-call status.
  • Requires the ability to sit and/or stand or remain stationary for prolonged periods of time.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation will be a salary of $70,000-$90,000, with benefits including 403(b) with organization contribution and match, health, dental, and life insurance, PTO, and professional development. Housing is provided on the grounds at Rock Springs Ranch.
