The successful candidate will lead the development of financial objectives, direct the development of marketing and communication plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee community staff and consultants in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of Ascension Living Community programs and services.
  • Lead the development of financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, aligning monetary resources, developing strategic plans, and measuring results.
  • Direct the development of marketing and communication plans to achieve maximum census and minimize the impact of vacancies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies governing Ascension Living community and PACE health care delivery.
Requirements
  • Nursing Home Administrator licensure required.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
  • Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
