Job Title: Transfer Pricing Manager

Emerson is seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Manager to join our rapidly growing tax strategy and planning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining global transfer pricing policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess global transfer pricing policies and procedures
  • Implement and maintain transfer pricing documentation, including Masterfile and local files
  • Perform transfer pricing analysis and documentation of related-party transactions
  • Provide transfer pricing technical guidance to finance teams
  • Collaborate with tax reporting teams on transfer pricing aspects of tax provision and reporting
  • Manage transfer pricing audits and respond to information requests from tax authorities
  • Implement automation of processes and data analytics for operational transfer pricing and tax provision review
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA, JD, or Advanced degree in economics
  • 6+ years of transfer pricing experience
  • 2+ years of public accounting firm experience
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong PC skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and suite of products
  • OneSource Tax Provision experience
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
