- Seasonal Planting and Maintenance: Plan and execute seasonal planting and maintenance activities, ensuring that the grounds are always looking their best.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of landscaping activities and expenses, providing accurate and timely reports as required.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for landscaping staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in landscape management, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of plant care, pest control, and irrigation systems, as well as excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in landscape design software is a plus, as is a valid driver's license.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive compensation range: $70,000 - $120,000 per year (California).
