About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of $43 per hour while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have a current North Carolina state license to practice as a LPN and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a related role. You will be responsible for monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions, performing resident intakes, and documenting medical histories and health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Care
- Monitor residents' vital signs and track medical records
- Administer medication and ensure proper verification
- Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current North Carolina state license to practice as a LPN
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
- The ability to lift at least 50 lbs
