Job Title: Clinical Integration Specialist

Salary Range: $83,000 - $113,000 per year

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical nursing; specialty area experience a plus.
  • Current RN license and BLS certification required.
