Job Description
This full-time position involves working as part of a dedicated team to provide compassionate and personalized care to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, all while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a current LPN license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be proficient in electronic medical records and have basic computer skills.
