Role Overview

As CEO, you will define and execute the company's overall strategy, guiding the transition from an early-stage startup to a market leader in the AI software space. You will be responsible for all facets of the business, including fundraising, scaling operations, and preparing the company for its IPO. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in positioning the company for long-term success in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to scale the company and prepare for a successful IPO.
  • Lead fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee financial performance and ensure business milestones are met to attract further investment and drive valuation growth.
  • Build and manage a high-performing leadership team across product, engineering, sales, and operations.
  • Drive the expansion of our AI-powered software solutions into key markets and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Serve as the public face of the company, representing it to investors, partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong focus on company culture, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a CEO, COO, or senior executive role within a technology startup, ideally in the AI, SaaS, or software industries.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling a company from early stages through significant growth, particularly in preparation for IPO.
  • Strong track record in fundraising and managing investor relationships.
  • Deep understanding of AI technology, software services, and the SaaS model.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience in recruiting and managing top talent.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and execute a long-term vision.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company in public forums.
