Job Summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer service excellence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
