Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a multidisciplinary company that offers a range of therapy services, including physical, occupational, speech, massage, and acupuncture. We strive to create a supportive environment for our patients, doctors, and community.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Director to lead our West Warwick clinic. As a seasoned Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to take on new challenges and advance your career. Our clinics are equipped with well-trained support staff, state-of-the-art facilities, and cutting-edge equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical and financial operations of the clinic, ensuring performance metric goals are met.
  • Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources to grow the clinic.
  • Collaborate with Metro's sales and marketing departments to implement marketing strategies.
  • Develop customized plans of care based on evidence-based practices and treatments.
  • Provide timely communication with referral sources and patients.
  • Manage patient and teammate schedules to ensure efficient care delivery.
  • Complete daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes in a timely manner.
  • Set and achieve professional goals and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Physical Therapist Program Graduate
  • RI Physical Therapist License
  • 3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
