Job Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. As a Nursing Higher Education Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at universities and colleges, promoting HealthStream's Workforce Development solutions to support the transition of nursing students to professionals.

Responsibilities Include:
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with faculty and Deans
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred
Must have at least five years outside sales experience in higher education coupled with consistent sales performance in highly competitive environments
Experience with selling digital content into nursing schools is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
