Schedule: 6:45am to 7:00pm, following a 2/2/3 work pattern, including alternate weekends.
Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $16 to $18.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize basic computer skills to assist in daily operations.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Support the production team in delivering products that meet specified quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet established criteria before packaging.
- Execute proper packaging techniques and pallet placements as instructed.
- Transport materials to designated locations as required.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of machinery, including saws and tanks.
- Effectively communicate any production issues to team members and leadership.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and team safety.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
- Complete production reports with attention to detail.
- Manage additional quality and production documentation as needed.
- Label products accurately according to specifications.
