Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of skilled HR Business Partners while playing a crucial part in shaping the overall strategy and policy by advising management on the human resource implications of their decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the broader business objectives to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction for all HR functions, encompassing talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint organizational and talent priorities, developing workforce plans that cater to both current and future needs.
  • Oversee employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization’s goals and culture.
  • Implement performance management and recognition programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and employment practices.
  • Lead HR operational activities, including compensation and benefits administration, HR information systems, and HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a relevant role within a dynamic organization.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies and programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in a senior position, capable of establishing credibility and fostering departmental accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, manage, and empower team members.
  • Experience in applying current legislation to various HR scenarios.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of US employment law.
  • Attention to detail is critical, with all work conducted in strict accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards as defined in work instructions or training.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information obtained during the course of duties and refrain from unauthorized disclosure.
