Momentum is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional I (DSP I) to provide support to adults with disabilities in our Independent and Community Living Services program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, such as personal care, hygiene, and medication management.
- Provide support with daily needs and tasks within the individual's home.
- Assist with weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing transfers, as needed.
- Comply with all Momentum policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year experience working with people with developmental and/or other disabilities.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
- Successfully pass all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements.
