Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with COE leads to ensure all products follow established processes, standards, and governance.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure their deliverables align with project goals and timelines.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future product improvements and updates.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they impact project timelines.
  • Encourage and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement practices within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 7+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Good understanding of LowCode, NoCode, and GenAI Development platforms.
  • Fair understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in operations management and experience in process optimization, automation, and continuous improvements with proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Proven experience delivering and product managing with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Digital Product delivery and or project management experience preferred.
  • Periodic levels of confidentiality and adherence to security policies and procedures required in order to protect the integrity of any proposed acquisition.
