About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Government Affairs Department in Bellevue, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our regulatory strategy and advocating for our interests before state Public Utilities Commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in state regulatory proceedings relevant to T-Mobile's interests, with a focus on matters before state Public Utilities Commissions.
  • Evaluate proposed regulatory, legislative, and policy changes and develop materials to support advocacy efforts.
  • Build and develop relationships with state regulators and organizations to represent T-Mobile's interests and positions.
  • Advise business clients on the impact of proposed policy or regulatory changes on T-Mobile.
  • Collaborate with Government Affairs colleagues, Legal team members, and internal teams on various telecommunications and industry issues.
Requirements
  • A U.S. law degree and admission to at least one state bar.
  • 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with relevant government, in-house, or law firm experience.
  • Demonstrated prior experience with telecommunications law and policy, particularly FCC/State Public Utilities Commission experience.
