About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our sales team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify business opportunities
  • Prepare and present estimates and proposals to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in the paving or construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
