Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales revenue goals by formulating a targeted growth strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Meet or exceed prospecting activity benchmarks as outlined by Sales Management.
  • Secure appointments with potential clients through targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, cold calling, and other effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain and update the sales software database regularly as directed by Sales Management.
  • Prepare for client meetings by conducting thorough research, customizing sales materials, and utilizing available resources.
  • Engage with prospective clients to secure their business.
  • Implement follow-up meetings with clients to finalize the sales process.
  • Ensure timely delivery and installation by closely collaborating with client partners.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business-to-business, outside sales with a focus on new account acquisition, ideally in a service-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and sales leads within a designated sales territory.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, employing a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels, from executives to front-line staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
