Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional nursing services in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as state regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists and physicians, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and create personalized care plans to address their unique needs.
  • Manage and maintain vascular access devices to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience.
  • Previous experience in infusion and home health care is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in IV therapy is required.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
