Clinical Nursing and Quality Lead

This role is an integral part of the clinic leadership team, bringing professional nursing expertise to uphold clinical practice standards. The Clinical Nursing and Quality Lead oversees clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and implementing best practices. Additionally, this position ensures state and federal compliance and efficient patient care services in accordance with clinical best practices.

The Clinical Nursing and Quality Lead provides direct patient care at the top of their RN scope of practice, analyzing patient data with a comprehensive understanding of cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, spiritual, and chronological maturation processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
  • Grad from accredited school.
  • BSN.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Washington Registered Nurse License - for locations in Washington
