About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead RN to join our team at Providence Medical Group in Portland, Oregon. As a Clinical Lead RN, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within our ambulatory care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve quality and skill levels.
- Lead clinical staff to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care services.
- Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $47.98-$75.94 per hour, based on location and experience.
