INIT MENA is in search of a skilled Electronics Assembly Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble enclosures in accordance with detailed product specifications.
  • Follow precise instructions while adhering to rigorous quality assurance standards.
  • Conduct assembly of electrical components.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
  • Perform testing on electrical devices.
  • Operate Selective Soldering Machines.
  • Manage Wave Soldering Machines.
Additional Skills:
  • Experience in manual soldering (rework).
  • Familiarity with SMD/THT machine operation.
  • Willingness to undertake other assigned tasks.
Required Technical Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to distinguish colors, fine circuit details, and tones.
  • Understanding of IPC workmanship and soldering standards.
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures.
  • Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing setting is preferred.
Work Environment: This role is based at our corporate headquarters.
