Position Overview:
The Boutique Supervisor is entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of the boutique, including team leadership, merchandise management, and exemplary customer service. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, achieving operational excellence, and cultivating a motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy
- Formulate a strategic business plan for the boutique, incorporating marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing foot traffic and expanding our clientele, with a focus on local market engagement.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging trends within the luxury sector.
- Exemplify sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor.
- Foster a professional environment that champions trust, integrity, and high-performance standards.
- Encourage a collaborative atmosphere that values diversity and mutual respect.
- Inspire and coach the sales team to achieve set sales targets and productivity metrics, recognizing top performers.
- Empower team members to make customer-centric decisions.

- Provide insights to management regarding product selection, purchasing trends, and customer feedback.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the brand at all times.

- Facilitate timely onboarding for new hires.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and team meetings to drive performance.

- Supervise team compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and attendance tracking.

- Prepare business reports as required by management.

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the boutique.
- Maintain effective communication with corporate and other retail locations.

- Assist in upholding visual merchandising standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with the visual team to achieve optimal display and presentation goals.
- 4-7 years of experience in luxury retail, with 1-2 years in a management capacity.
- Preferred background in high-end watch sales.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
