Position Overview:

The Boutique Supervisor is entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of the boutique, including team leadership, merchandise management, and exemplary customer service. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, achieving operational excellence, and cultivating a motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy
  • Formulate a strategic business plan for the boutique, incorporating marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing foot traffic and expanding our clientele, with a focus on local market engagement.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging trends within the luxury sector.
Sales Leadership
  • Exemplify sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor.
  • Foster a professional environment that champions trust, integrity, and high-performance standards.
  • Encourage a collaborative atmosphere that values diversity and mutual respect.
  • Inspire and coach the sales team to achieve set sales targets and productivity metrics, recognizing top performers.
  • Empower team members to make customer-centric decisions.
  • Oversee client engagement strategies within the boutique.
  • Ensure all associates possess comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on company developments.
  • Provide insights to management regarding product selection, purchasing trends, and customer feedback.
Team Development
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for the brand at all times.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the brand and organization.
  • Recruit talent that aligns with company standards across all store roles.
  • Facilitate timely onboarding for new hires.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and team meetings to drive performance.
  • Participate in succession planning by mentoring employees for career advancement.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training needs and implement ongoing development programs in collaboration with management.
  • Supervise team compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interactions with staff and corporate partners.
  • Communicate corporate directives effectively to the team.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and ensure adherence among team members.
  • Utilize POS systems and inventory management tools effectively.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage through regular audits and compliance with corporate initiatives.
  • Prepare business reports as required by management.
  • Assess staffing needs and create schedules to optimize store operations.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Meet all key performance indicators as outlined by corporate directives.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the boutique.
  • Maintain effective communication with corporate and other retail locations.
  • Engage in additional projects as assigned.
Visual Presentation
  • Assist in upholding visual merchandising standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the visual team to achieve optimal display and presentation goals.
Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of experience in luxury retail, with 1-2 years in a management capacity.
  • Preferred background in high-end watch sales.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, capable of meeting management-defined objectives.
  • Flexible and collaborative, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of sales metrics, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
