Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Ambassador at Canada Goose, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences, helping to cement our position as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. You will embody Canadian Warmth, demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction, bringing the guest journey to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
- Build a Positive Store Environment: Foster a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration, and partnership with the management team.
- Attend Store Meetings and Events: Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
- Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS): Assist in driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, and average unit retail.
- Contribute to Units per Transaction (UPT): Contribute to the store's Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories.
- Develop Customer Relationships: Develop, maintain, and drive personal customer relationship management (CRM) through clienteling and after-sale customer engagement.
- Provide a Memorable Customer Experience: Leverage in-store elements to provide a memorable customer experience and promote repeat purchase.
- Follow Store Operating Procedures: Follow all store operating procedures to minimize store shrink.
- Handle Point of Sale (POS) Transactions: Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Support Store Maintenance: Support in the overall upkeep of physical store maintenance and standards.
- Maintain Visual Merchandise Directives: Maintain Visual Merchandise directives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail industry.
- Proven Sales Performance: Proven record of successful sales performance.
- Experience with Luxury Brands: Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
- Strong Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills: Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Good Understanding of CRM Tools/Processes: Good understanding of CRM tools/processes.
- Excellent Communication and Social Skills: Excellent communication and social skills.
- Basic Skills in Microsoft Office: Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word and Excel.
