Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated RN Senior Clinical Quality Patient Safety Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating clinical quality and patient safety functions to support the hospital's quality and patient safety plan and programs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to foster collaborative care.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in neuroscience nursing or critical care experience.
Salary Range: The estimated salary for this role is $98,400 - $135,600 per year, depending on experience.
