Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your duties will include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid State of Maine certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- A compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
