The Augusta Center for Health & Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our elderly residents. As an LPN at our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients.

">This is a full-time night shift position with 8 hour shifts, offering a competitive salary range of $32.48 - $42.60 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. In addition, we offer weekly pay options for added financial flexibility. Part-time and per diem opportunities are also available.

">Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements:

  • Valid state license as an LPN
