Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of relevant IT experience
  • Proficient in supporting Windows Server and associated applications
  • Experience with Cisco routers and switches
  • Familiarity with NAS and/or SAN technologies

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced support for technical issues and serve as an escalation point
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems
  • Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policies
  • Oversee Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments
  • Configure and maintain various Microsoft applications
  • Support Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls, routers, and switches
  • Manage WLAN devices and ensure network security
  • Support and maintain various telecommunication systems
  • Assist users across multiple organizations with their daily IT needs
  • Implement security measures including two-factor authentication
  • Lead and participate in projects across diverse systems and technologies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes
  • Enhance technical skills and contribute innovative ideas
  • Provide on-site support as necessary
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for system maintenance
