Position Summary
As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you will conduct a variety of laboratory tests across multiple specialties, including Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, and Microbiology. Your role is critical in providing accurate data for diagnosing and treating diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex analyses of biological specimens and interpret results.
  • Manage specimen processing and inventory of laboratory supplies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, documenting corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure quality control measures are followed and documented appropriately.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new staff and students.
  • Participate in phlebotomy and specimen accessioning duties.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
  • Registry as a Medical Technologist (MT) or eligibility for registration.
  • Preferred certification from ASCP or an equivalent organization.
