Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

Under the supervision of the Radiologist, you will perform Radiology Services procedures at a technical level that requires minimal oversight. Your responsibilities will include executing a variety of technical procedures that necessitate independent judgment, creativity, and initiative in applying prescribed ionizing radiation. You will be accountable for specific areas or procedures as required, always prioritizing patient care and delivering the highest quality of service as a Technologist. You will conduct examinations on patients across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist in the state of Florida.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) certification.
  • Completion of a Certificate or Associate Degree in Radiology Technology.
  • No prior experience is necessary; however, one year of experience is preferred.
