Pinnacle Construction and Development Corp is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in Charlottesville. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining company project management, estimating and scheduling software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Read and understand plans and specifications to ensure accurate project estimates.
- Estimating Software: Enter information on estimating software and prepare reports as needed.
- Communication: Communicate with project team and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Pre-Construction Activities: Assist in pre-construction activities including take-offs, bid solicitation, and bid review.
Working Conditions: The Construction Estimator will work primarily in our main office in Charlottesville.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in construction science, construction management, engineering, architecture, or other construction-related field.
- Three years' experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Exceptional communication, computer, and organizational skills.
