Job Title: Flooring Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Estimator to join our team at Service Pros Installation Group, Inc. As a Flooring Estimator, you will be responsible for measuring and estimating flooring installations in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and estimate flooring installations for residential and commercial clients
  • Inspect job sites to determine the need for products in the flooring installation process
  • Create detailed digital floor diagrams and take before photographs
  • Make detailed notes for the quoting process
  • Travel frequently to job sites, often for an hour or more one way
Requirements:
  • Active listening skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and professional demeanor
  • Math proficiency and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone with basic computer skills
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Construction experience preferred, but not required
