Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person regarding parts availability.
- Utilize our automated systems to locate parts for various machinery, including CAT and other brands.
- Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficient access to information.
- Process warranty claims and manage returns effectively.
- Pull and prepare orders for customers and shop requests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Act as a liaison between service departments and parts inventory.
- Provide technical information and direct customers to appropriate service technicians when necessary.
- Assist in after-hours customer support as needed.
- Suggest additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support supervisors with special projects as required.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in parts sales or related field.
- Strong background in customer service and sales preferred.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and data entry.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 32 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and communicate effectively.
- Capability to navigate ladders and stairs as necessary.

Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
- Exposure to loud noise levels.
