About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer III to join our team at MRI Software. As a key member of our Agile team, you will work closely with developers and product owners to devise test cases and plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test cases and assisting in developing user stories and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify functions and features that require test automation
  • Manage acceptance criteria, maintain documentation, user accounts, and test data used by the team
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, including manual and automated testing
  • Research and evaluate new QA solutions and tools to enhance standards, technologies, and approaches
  • Execute security test cases as identified
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience with software applications and testing
  • Hands-on experience in testing software in a structured QA environment
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices
  • Specific experience testing backend systems and business logic
  • Able to write and execute medium to high-level complexity test cases and scenarios for API, UI, and integrated testing
  • Excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams
