Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at ShiftCode Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing and test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated tests in Selenium or equivalent tool(s)
  • Implement and define automated test solutions and frameworks within and across programs
  • Create test plans, define test cases, defect tracking, and report and dashboard design
  • Experience with Java development and testing with mobile browsers/devices
  • Lead multiple projects and teams

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Sci., Computer Eng., or IT field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics) or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of IT experience
  • 8+ years of work experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • 6+ years of experience designing and developing automated tests in Selenium or equivalent tool(s)
  • 5+ years of experience in manual or exploratory testing

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) and/or test-driven development (TDD)
  • Experience with Agile development and release practices
  • Experience with version control
  • Experience with SQL
