About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our team at S2 Residential. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to drive sales, increase revenue, and improve resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure work orders and turns are completed to S2's standards
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and retention
  • Approve and monitor budget expenditures for maximum return on investment
  • Report to the executive team on key business risks and opportunities
  • Host engagement events to show residents how much they mean to us
  • Maintain the company's reputation by representing S2 and advocating for our Core Values
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Property Manager experience
  • Passionate about making an impact in the lives of your team and community
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to listen and understand goals
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and other relevant laws
  • Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
