Job Summary

The Industrial Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring they align with company policies and procedures. This role requires excellent client and tenant service skills, as well as knowledge of property management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of property management operations, including financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Provide exceptional client and tenant service, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage operating expenses, capital expenditures, and property maintenance contracts to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Oversee the work of maintenance and administrative personnel, ensuring their efficiency and the delivery of superior tenant service.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support property management operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Related experience and/or training in property management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Yardi Property Management System.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work within approved budgets and develop cost-saving measures.
