Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals by cleaning and chopping ingredients, and cooking main, side, and appetizer dishes.
- Organize mis en place ahead of meal service.
- Ensure food orders are prepared and presented according to the Executive Chef's standards.
- Collaborate effectively with managers, chefs, and team members to meet guest requests.
- Serve as a positive role model by maintaining composure and clear communication.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and all relevant policies/procedures, applying culinary techniques as needed.
- Complete daily reports and assist the Sous Chef with administrative tasks such as ordering, organizing, and assigning cleaning duties.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of prior line cook experience in a fine or casual fine dining setting is preferred.
